BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Vice President, Senior Engineer to advance the Enterprise Contact Center Engineering platform by designing and delivering AI-enabled solutions. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of technology experience with software/enterprise applications
• 8+ years of hands-on design and delivery of scalable production-grade solutions
• 5+ years in senior architect/lead roles with enterprise integration
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications and automation for the Enterprise Contact Center Engineering platform
• Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and sysadmin teams to enhance operational capabilities through software and AI-driven innovation
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency via scalable automation
• Build resilient, observable, secure architecture patterns aligned with enterprise standards
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and apply them to practical engineering workflows and customer support functions
• Drive adoption of AI development practices across the platform through reusable patterns and hands-on delivery
• Integrate solutions across APIs, enterprise platforms, data environments, cloud services, and engineering toolchains
• Serve as a senior technical individual contributor, leading solution design and direct implementation
