Laurel is seeking a remote Staff AI Corporate Engineer to join our Business Technology team in the USA. You will design and operate the internal AI factory, host AI-generated experiences, and help set company-wide AI standards.

Responsibilities include building the MCP server ecosystem, tooling for agent workflows, and CI/CD pipelines for AI delivery, plus governance, cost analytics, and cross‑team enablement to scale AI across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of software engineering experience in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with AI ecosystem enablement and MCP integrations.
• Proficiency building internal developer platforms and CI/CD for AI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the internal AI software factory and CI/CD for AI agents.
• Establish AI governance, data handling, and prompt safety across deployments.
• Manage AI infrastructure, including MCP and multi-provider model configurations.
