Job summary

Sapience AI Corporation seeks a Principal AI Systems Architect to own the end-to-end coherence of the MINERVA platform, KO graph, COGENT, and related architecture. You will align diverse teams to a shared direction and enforce scalable, trustworthy design across the stack.

You will set architecture strategy, evaluate frontier technologies, and maintain structural governance while mentoring engineers and leading through influence. This is a hands-on, high-impact role.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a senior or principal engineer or architect on complex production systems.
• Deep experience architecting AI or ML platforms end to end.
• Track record of architecture scaling with product and team.
• Strong systems, distributed systems, and data fundamentals.
• Sound judgment on security, reliability, and trust at the architecture level.
• Ability to lead through influence across many teams.
• Hands-on credibility that senior engineers respect.

Responsibilities

• Own the coherence of the platform across KO graph, COGENT, models, serving and product surface.
• Set cross-cutting architecture to enable fast delivery with minimal drift.
• Own seams between subsystems and address hard architectural problems.
