Job summary

enGen is seeking a Senior Architect to drive design, development, and optimization of a Digital Chat Platform. You will lead complex architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure platform scalability and security across distributed systems.

The role focuses on integrating advanced AI capabilities like Gemini Enterprise and Google Dialogflow, with hands-on work in Typescript and Node.js, cloud-native patterns, and observability practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field required.
• 5 years in IT and 5 years in business disciplines.
• Preferred experience with distributed systems, AI integrations, and cloud-native architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in designing and implementing complex enterprise architectures.
• Lead architecture discussions to balance functionality, quality, and scalability.
• Develop detailed requirements and translations into technical designs.
• Mentor engineers on best practices for high-quality software.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels.
