Job summary

enGen is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Digital Chat Platform. You will drive architectural decisions, guide engineers, and ensure platform stability and scalability with advanced AI capabilities including Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience and Google Dialogflow integrations.

The role requires deep expertise in distributed systems, security, observability, and cloud-native solutions (e.g., Cloud Run on GCP), with emphasis on TypeScript

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related discipline.
• 5 years in IT and 5 years in a business discipline.
• Experience with distributed systems, AI integrations, and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role to provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining or designing more complex business processes, functions and organizational structures, as well as in researching, identifying and internally marketing enabling technologies based on customer capability requirements.
• Take a lead role to specify and design large or more complex systems, solutions, networks, infrastructure elements, or processes.
• Use appropriate tools to contribute to the development of more complex architectures and translate requirements into detailed solutions.
• Lead initiatives to improve processes and ensure quality and measurable business benefits.
• Provide leadership and mentoring in architecture to peers and engineers.
