Job summary

You will partner with engineers, scientists, PMs, and product managers to deliver AI powered products, and you will design, train, deploy, and optimize foundation models while ensuring governance and observability at scale. The role emphasizes leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and hands‑on work with a broad stack including PyTorch, VectorDBs, and AWS services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/AI/EE/CE with 8–10+ years in AI/ML.
• 10+ years coding experience in Python/JS/C/CUDA/Java and production ML systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver AI‑powered products.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components, including model training and inference.
• Leverage open source and SaaS AI technologies to build scalable solutions.
• Invent optimization techniques to improve performance, latency, and cost of large scale AI systems.
• Define and steer the architectural vision for foundational AI systems.
• Lead AI safety, governance, and transparency standards across the org.
• Mentor senior technical leaders across research, data, and engineering.
