You will partner with Finance, Legal, and Real Estate to ensure alignment with the SW roadmap, accelerate development, and build scalable processes that improve efficiency across the AI teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in financial operations, business planning, or tech operations leadership.
• Leadership of budgets and strategic initiatives within large tech orgs.
• Influence across engineering, finance, operations, and legal.
• Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of ML development processes and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with cross-functional teams across compute, cloud, finance, and engineering.
• Lead annual budget planning cycle and maintain budgets with Finance.
• Drive prioritization and portfolio decisions balancing innovation and compliance.
• Oversee headcount and departmental budget management with strategic staffing.
• Oversee space planning and site strategy in collaboration with Real Estate & Facilities.
• Lead organizational communications with Employee Experience and leadership.
• Hire, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring alignment with goals.
