You will contribute to architectural reviews, instrument observability, and build end-to-end AI-enabled workflows for production systems. The role emphasizes production reliability, HITL gating, and tool integrations across cloud and on-prem environments, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and operations teams to drive measurable

Qualifications

• 8+ years building, testing, deploying backend software in large-scale distributed environments.
• Proven track record of authoring at least 3+ major design proposals/RFCs and leading system design reviews.
• 5+ years of deep proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or Rust with concurrency and API development.

Responsibilities

• Build & scale agentic operations: design, build, and deliver production-grade AI agents and workflows.
• Participate in architectural design and tool integration discussions for agentic platform interfaces.
• Develop intelligent operational workflows using AI/ML for real-time anomaly detection and RCA.
• Design telemetry and tool integrations with OpenTelemetry, cloud/on-prem environments.
• Implement robust automated testing, HITL gates, and deployment pipelines for safe production use.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and operations to integrate AI into core workflows.
