Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an experienced senior operations leader to own the AI application infrastructure and incident management. You will monitor system health, manage incident detection and escalation, and align with SLA/SLO targets across the DevOps lifecycle.

You will lead RCA reviews, production readiness, and drive data-informed decisions. Strong communication with senior leadership and cross-functional teams is required to improve reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational owner for AI application infrastructure, monitoring system health and incident management across the DevOps lifecycle.
• Lead RCA reviews and push-to-production meetings, ensuring readiness criteria and corrective actions are tracked to closure.
• Own and report SLA/SLO performance metrics with regular dashboards for leadership.
