Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Manager of AI Operations in the United States to lead a high-impact production AI portfolio. You will oversee operations across traditional ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems, coordinating with security, governance, and infrastructure teams to ensure dependable deployment and measurable ethics and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML operations, MLOps, or production data science, including leadership.
• Hands-on experience operating traditional ML and Generative AI in production.
• Strong observability practices: drift, latency, uptime, logging, and dashboards.
• Experience partnering with Security, Infra, and Governance teams on production risk.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment support, reliability, monitoring, and production operations of AI systems.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and remediation for AI/ML services.
• Partner with MLOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and IT teams to establish robust pipelines and practices.
• Build AI observability capabilities: drift detection, latency, uptime, logging, alerting, and tracing.
• Define production health metrics and dashboards for real-time visibility into AI systems.
