Job summary
Oracle is seeking a senior engineering leader to manage a team delivering high-performance NIC software for OCI GPU and AI infrastructure. Responsibilities include architecture, qualification, performance, and production readiness across devices and software stacks.
You will partner with silicon vendors and internal teams to deploy new networking technologies at cloud scale, and drive roadmaps for collective communication libraries and GPU cluster networking.
Qualifications
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years in systems, networking, HPC or GPU infrastructure.
- Experience leading engineering teams on complex hardware/software systems.
- Deep expertise in high-performance networking: Ethernet, RDMA, RoCE, PCIe, DMA.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NPI lifecycle for NICs for OCI GPU and AI infrastructure.
- Partner with NIC/GPU vendors and OCI teams to scale deployment.
- Build and lead org for Collective Communication Library (CCL).
- Drive optimization of GPU networking and topology-aware algorithms.
