Job summary

Oracle invites an experienced People Manager to lead a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software for databases, applications, tools, networks. The role centers on NICs, GPU infrastructure and OCI’s Collective Communication Library (CCL).

You will drive performance across high‑performance networking, RDMA, and GPU networking in large‑scale AI clusters. You will partner with NIC, GPU, silicon, and systems vendors and internal OCI teams to bring new networking technologies from

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS/EE or a related technical field.
• 15+ years of experience in systems, networking, HPC, or GPU infrastructure.
• Experience leading engineering teams for complex hardware/software systems.
• Deep expertise in high-performance networking (Ethernet, RDMA, RoCE, PCIe).
• Strong systems performance-analysis skills across hardware, firmware, OS, networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPI lifecycle for NICs supporting OCI GPU/AI infrastructure.
• Partner with NIC, GPU, silicon, and systems vendors to deploy new networking tech.
• Build and lead engineering org for OCI’s Collective Communication Library (CCL).
• Drive optimization of collective communication, RDMA, GPU networking across servers and clusters.
• Own GPU cluster networking performance and develop benchmarking and models.
