Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced engineering leader to manage a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs across databases, applications, tools, networks, and more. You will guide end-to-end architecture and performance of NICs, GPU infrastructure, and cloud-scale networking within OCI.

You will partner with NIC, GPU, silicon, and systems teams, build a high-performing organization, drive automated testing, and communicate strategy and results to senior OCI

Qualifications

• 15+ years in systems, networking, HPC, or GPU infrastructure.
• Experience leading engineering teams on complex hardware/software systems.
• Deep expertise in high-performance networking (Ethernet, RDMA, PCIe).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end NPI lifecycle for high-performance NICs supporting OCI GPU/AI infrastructure.
• Partner with NIC, GPU, silicon, and systems teams to scale deployment from development to fleet-wide.
• Build and lead the engineering org for OCI's Collective Communication Library (CCL) roadmap.
• Drive optimization of collective communication, RDMA, GPU networking across servers and clusters.
• Own GPU cluster networking performance and develop benchmarking and performance-analysis capabilities.
• Drive hardware/software co-design across NICs, firmware, drivers, and network fabrics.
• Establish automated qualification, regression, and reliability testing for cloud-scale readiness.
• Lead cross-functional programs, set technical roadmaps and report to OCI leadership.
