Super Micro Computer is seeking an experienced Sr. Network Engineer in San Jose to lead architecture, deployment, and optimization of high-performance networks for AI factories, data centers, and enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on enterprise/data center networking experience.
• Experience with data center fabric design and high-performance networks.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and deploy advanced data center networking solutions.
• Lead network integration for AI factory reference architectures with ultra-low latency and high throughput.
• Configure, test, and optimize complex routing, switching, and fabric topologies.
• Support internal labs and customer POC environments.
• Develop network diagrams, deployment guides, and troubleshooting playbooks.
• Provide technical leadership during deployments and escalations.
• Stay current with networking standards and HPC interconnect technologies.
