AT&T is seeking an AI-Native Software Engineer, Senior to design and deliver AI-powered applications and agentic workflows within enterprise-scale systems. You will collaborate in a 2-in-a-box setup with business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into scalable software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering delivering production-grade applications and services.
• Experience building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
• Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud/enterprise environments.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs, databases, event-driven architectures, or SOA.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications and intelligent workflow automations using modern LLM technologies.
• Build and orchestrate agentic workflows leveraging LangGraph and similar orchestration platforms.
• Develop multi-step and multi-agent solutions including routing, planning, tool utilization, workflow execution, and escalation patterns.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector search, and context management strategies.
• Establish evaluation frameworks, testing methodologies, and release controls for AI-enabled solutions.
