Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an AI‑Native Cloud Software Engineer to design, build, and optimize highly available, distributed cloud applications across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will bridge systems engineering, application development, and AI orchestration to power our cloud presence.

You will lead multi‑cloud IaC, intelligent automation, and security‑driven deployment pipelines, using Pulumi, Terraform, and modern CI/CD tools, with a focus on autonomous, self‑healing architectures.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Cloud Software Engineering, SRE, or distributed systems.
• Hands-on with integrating AI tools, LLMs, or analytics into deployment pipelines.
• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript/Go/Python and API exposure to LLMs.
• Experience with multi-cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize distributed cloud applications across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Implement IaC across Pulumi, AWS CDK, or Terraform with AI integration.
• Build autonomous agents and AI-driven automation for provisioning and self-healing.
• Incorporate security into deployment pipelines and conduct anomaly detection.
• Coordinate with AI/ML teams to improve governance and cost optimization.
• Operate and scale Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS/GKE) with AI-driven traffic routing.
