Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a Senior / AI Native Builder to join AI Central. In this role, you will build, productise, and deploy AI-powered products and MVPs for regulated sectors, working in live client contexts to turn challenges into scalable solutions across Asia Pacific, including Singapore and beyond.

You will join a startup-style team embedded within NCS, reporting to the Chief AI Officer, and will contribute to reusable patterns, playbooks, and AI-native delivery practices across geographies

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI, ML, or generative AI solutions in real-world settings.
• Strong understanding of modern AI tooling and evaluation approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead the journey from client problem statement to working prototype, MVP, or deployable solution.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into product hypotheses and execution plans.
• Build and ship AI-enabled solutions using software engineering, model orchestration, automation, and design tools.
• Make sound trade-offs across speed, quality, security, scalability, and business value.
• Advise clients on AI investment priorities, architecture decisions, and build-versus-buy choices.
