The ideal candidate will improve offline-first workflows, deliver secure, observable mobile apps, and collaborate with product and field teams to drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with production mobile apps.
• Strong focus on end-user UX for frontline staff.
• Experience turning manual workflows into mobile-first processes, including offline support.
• Experience integrating AI-enabled services (LMMs, RAG, agents) into apps.
• Strong API experience with REST/GraphQL and backend collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship mobile experiences on Tulip platform for field/shop teams.
• Automate workflows by replacing paper-based steps with mobile solutions.
• Integrate Tulip services with enterprise systems and extend platform capabilities.
• Apply secure, maintainable, and observable engineering practices for mobile apps.
• Contribute to documentation, design reviews, and reusable UI/integration patterns.
• Engage with field leaders to translate observations into product decisions.
