Job summary

ITC Infotech in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and operate Tulip and related AI platform capabilities. You will focus on architecture, engineering standards, and mentor peers through design discussions and code reviews.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in software engineering with hands-on delivery of enterprise AI systems, including LLMs, RAG, agents, and vector search, in a cloud-native setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with ownership of architecture or complex enterprise systems.
• Strong Python and modern engineering practices including automated testing and code reviews.
• Experience producing AI systems: LLMs, RAG, agents, vector search, model evaluation and AI guardrails.
• Cloud and DevOps experience with containerization and IaC: Azure/AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/Helm, CI/CD, observability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate Tulip and related AI platform capabilities.
• Contribute to architecture standards and mentoring peers through design discussions and code reviews.
• Deliver high-quality AI solutions aligned to business priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
