Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 4+ years in systems engineering, hardware architecture, ML systems, or performance engineering.
• Strong mathematical reasoning; able to derive and defend analytical models.
• Experience with CPU/SoC memory hierarchies, bandwidth, and co-design with software.

Responsibilities

• Own workload characterization and hardware performance analysis for AI/ML systems.
• Define measurement methodologies and build analytical models to project KPIs.
• Inform SoC architecture decisions and HW/SW co-optimization strategies.
• Lead architectural discussions with hardware and software teams across domains.
• Define performance KPI framework for AI/ML workloads and pre-silicon estimates.
• Mentor junior engineers and present findings to senior leadership.
