Job summary

Buzz Solutions is seeking a Solutions Engineer to accelerate adoption of PowerAI and PowerGUARD for major US utilities. This role blends pre-sales technical consulting with post-sales enablement, guiding clients from discovery to solution adoption.

You will design end-to-end AI/ML workflows, demonstrate value through demos and pilots, and collaborate with account teams to win engagements. Domestic travel within the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions or sales engineering for AI/ML or data-driven software.
• Proven AI/ML workflow deployment and operation experience.
• Strong AI/ML concepts knowledge including neural networks and CNNs.
• Proficient with CRM, presentation tools, and productivity software.
• Cybersecurity knowledge including ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Strong customer relationship-building and discovery/solution adoption.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving and client-focused approach.
• Experience scripting or automation (Python, VBA).

Responsibilities

• Gather customer requirements and document needs.
• Architect and demonstrate AI/ML-powered solutions including CV, data ingestion, analytics, and API integrations.
• Lead RFI/RFP with Account Executives to drive new business.
• Design and deploy end-to-end ML and computer vision workflows for utility clients.
• Collaborate with customer teams during deployment for seamless integration and best practices.
• Develop tailored solutions meeting customer requirements.
• Complete vendor security audits to ensure security and compliance.
• Answer technical questions with clear communication.
• Create demos, visualizations, and presentations communicating value of AI platform.
• Provide training sessions with clients onsite or virtually.
• Contribute to successful integration of solutions into client workflows.
