Job summary

Buzzsolutions is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions in the electric utility sector. You will engage with major utilities solving complex problems while providing expert support for our AI solutions.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience, strong knowledge of AI/ML, and exceptional communication skills. This position includes travel within the U.S. and occasional international travel, with all expenses covered by the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or sales engineering role.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and proven track record with workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with cybersecurity standards like ISO 27001 and SOC2.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer requirements to understand and document needs.
• Architect and demonstrate AI/ML-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive new business.
• Provide training sessions with clients, both virtually and onsite.
