Job summary

Waypoint's client in Tysons, VA is seeking a Senior AI/ML Software Developer with an active Top Secret clearance to join a team of engineers building AI applications and data tools for government customers.

You will work with JavaScript, Python or Java, designing and maintaining AI-driven solutions, tackling complex problems, and improving code quality with modern LLM tools. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming.
• Experience with JavaScript, Python or Java.
• Familiarity with data structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency in profiling and optimizing code.
• Experience leveraging modern LLM tools for development workflows.
