Qualifications

• MS with 14+ years or PhD with 10+ years in CS/EE or related field.
• Expertise in machine learning and optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with ML tooling: PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of LLMs and agentic AI is a plus.
• Experience with modeling, simulation and analysis.
• Developing surrogate models is a plus.
• Strong Python and C/C++ development skills.
• Proficiency with Linux, Git, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication and independent work capability.
• US Citizenship required; TS/SCI eligibility needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct applied research on AI/ML analytics to expedite high-fidelity modeling.
• Design prototypes that operationalize research into usable capabilities.
• Translate customer needs into technical approaches balancing feasibility.
• Produce technical docs, briefings and publications.
• Maintain Linux-based development, version control, containers, reproducibility.
