Job summary

Thomson Reuters Labs in the United States (Eagan, MN area) seeks a Senior Research Engineer to drive AI/ML innovation across legal, tax, and government domains. You will build data-driven capabilities, deliver end-to-end ML solutions, and collaborate with researchers and engineers globally.

You will develop scalable pipelines, translate research into production-ready systems, and contribute to fast, Agile delivery with cloud-based tech.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years working on a Machine Learning product or solution.
• Deep understanding of Python development stacks and ecosystems.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, well-tested code.
• Experience with cloud computing and CI/CD in production delivery.
• Experience collaborating with applied data scientists to productionize research.
• Familiarity with MLOps/ModelOps principles and NLP tasks.

Responsibilities
