Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Senior Program Manager- Digital Technology to lead complex digital, data and AI initiatives within the AI Implementation and Adoption department. You will define program direction, manage interdependencies, communicate requirements, track progress, and resolve issues for high‑impact programs that advance Mayo Clinic's digital roadmap.

In this role you will guide an Agile product team, plan quarterly roadmaps, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience managing programs involving multiple technical programs across complex environments (13+ years).
• Active PM certification preferred (PgMP) or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Guide Agile product teams in scope, deliverables, resources, work plan and timing for complex initiatives.
• Coordinate work of multiple products/teams via quarterly planning and roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment to product strategy and organizational goals; manage risks and interdependencies.
