Job summary

ProFound People is seeking a Senior Technical Programme Manager to own the delivery of AI/ML network infrastructure across a large data centre footprint. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires fluency in spine/leaf architectures, high-bandwidth fabric deployments, and platform integration for AI compute workloads.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-workstream programmes with hard deadlines.
• Hands-on data centre network deployments in hyperscale environments.
• Ability to discuss DC fabric, ToR switching, spine and leaf architecture.
• Hardware and BOM management at scale.
• Experience managing multi-vendor delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI and ML network infrastructure deployment programmes.
• Ensure BOMs are ordered correctly and on time; identify procurement risks.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across network engineering, supply chain, security, and operations.
• Establish and maintain programme governance.
