EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to drive modern AI engineering, ML and generative AI projects for clients. You will lead teams across data sources, design scalable solutions, and ensure responsible AI deployment and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 6–10 years of AI/Data Science/ML experience in full-time roles.
• 2–4 years of direct managing technical teams.
• Strong Python skills and production AI/ML experience on major cloud platforms.
• Experience with foundation models, generative AI, and related frameworks.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD for analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design to deployment and optimization.
• Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering complex AI initiatives.
• Engage with clients, lead sessions, and drive project execution.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
