Job summary

Peraton is expanding its AI/ML team in the United States. We are seeking engineers to design, develop, test, and operationalize algorithms that solve mission-critical challenges and business needs. Models learn from data to generate predictions aligned with customer logic and requirements.

The role spans model architecture, data pipelines, and performance metrics, with opportunities to lead distributed teams and communicate results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in AI, Data Science, CS, or Math; or a related field.
• 5+ years of applied ML experience on similar programs.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and operationalize AI/ML algorithms.
• Train, retrain, deploy, monitor, and improve models.
• Lead distributed teams and communicate technical results.
