Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS/SE/Data Science (PhD preferred).
• 7+ years designing, developing, and deploying ML solutions in production.
• Strong Python development experience, including building reusable packages.
• Hands-on Databricks experience for large-scale data processing and ML workflows.
• Deep understanding of ML systems design, MLOps, and scalable inference.
• Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP cloud environments.
• Experience with containers, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with ML libraries and databases.
• Experience integrating LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, AutoGen.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software products that incorporate ML/AI models.
• Build reusable Python packages and scalable data pipelines to support ML/AI initiatives.
• Design and implement AI systems utilizing LLMs, RAG, and agent-based workflows.
• Develop evaluation, observability, and monitoring frameworks to assess model quality, reasoning, and fairness.
• Optimize database performance and data-processing workflows for large-scale AI applications.
• Break complex ML/AI initiatives into actionable technical requirements and development plans.
• Ensure high-quality testing, code coverage, and peer review practices across AI projects.
• Contribute to MLOps, continuous delivery, and Agile software development processes.
• Research and implement emerging AI technologies and best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business challenges into production-ready AI solutions.
