Job summary

Carbon Data Solutions is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join a full-time project in the Mobility & Transportation Technology domain. Remote work is available from the EEA or Switzerland, with generous leave and learning perks.

You will develop scalable, serverless time-series forecasting pipelines and collaborate with a cross-functional team including engineers, QAs, POs, and the client's CTO. Strong AWS expertise and a microservices mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python experience in distributed, serverless environments (AWS).
• Hands-on AWS services: Lambda, RDS, ECS, SageMaker Pipelines, Endpoints, Studio.
• Strong background in microservices architecture.
• 2+ years with SQL or NoSQL databases in high-performance setups.
• Experience in time series forecasting and predictive analytics.
• Continuous A/B testing and model fine-tuning practice.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
• Bonus: Familiarity with .NET Core.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable serverless systems.
• Develop time series forecasting models and analytics pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineers, QAs, POs, and the client's CTO.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and efficient deployments.
• Contribute to scalable, high-performance applications in a fast-paced environment.
• Write unit tests and follow best development practices.
