You will collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver enterprise-grade ML platforms and drive innovation in a production environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years backend and cloud platform software development.
• Fluency in Python.
• Strong familiarity with ML and LLM techniques, frameworks, and tooling.
• Experience building scalable, data-centric enterprise software products.
• Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML software systems for healthcare data.
• Translate state-of-the-art LLM research into production-ready solutions.
• Work with large-scale clinical data in a cloud environment, ensuring data quality.
• Develop methods for drift detection, monitoring performance, and observability.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product managers to build ML-native platforms.
• Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and error handling for all ML systems.
• Stay current on AI advancements and apply relevant innovations.
• Mentor peers and contribute to ML engineering practices.
• Translate complex model outputs into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
