Collaboration with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers is essential to build enterprise-grade platforms. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in backend/cloud development, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with ML/LLM techniques.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in CS, Engineering, Math or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in backend and cloud software development.
• Fluency in Python and modern ML/LLM techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML software systems for real-world evidence generation.
• Translate LLM research into production-ready solutions delivering measurable value.
• Work with large-scale healthcare data in cloud environments, ensuring data quality and reliability.
• Implement monitoring, drift detection, and observability for production models.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product teams to build scalable ML-native platforms.
• Mentor and contribute to ML engineering best practices.
