Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a quality engineering professional to own test strategy and automation for designated services. You will conduct analyses, build end-to-end automation, and guide engineers in risk assessment and quality improvements.

The role reports to the Store Support Office in Phoenix, AZ, with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office presence Tue–Thu. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience and strong CI/CD and performance testing skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality engineering experience.
• Experience with automation frameworks, API and UI testing, CI/CD quality gates, performance testing, service virtualization, and test-data management.

Responsibilities

• Own test strategy, automation, and quality outcomes for assigned services or feature areas.
• Conduct detailed analysis and investigation to resolve difficult quality problems involving related systems or disciplines.
• Build UI, API, integration, performance, and end-to-end automation and CI/CD quality gates.
• Explain quality risks and recommended changes to engineering and cross-functional partners and ensure shared understanding.
• Provide technical guidance and training to associate and intermediate engineers; may delegate work and review work products.
• Operate independently within the assigned quality domain and seek leadership guidance for broader policy or platform decisions.
