Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing production applications using Python.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML in production.
• Experience with APIs, tools, and model integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production AI-enabled application services and workflow components.
• Build modular large language model and agentic capabilities with defined inputs/outputs.
• Develop retrieval and grounding solutions using structured data and semantic search.
• Combine deterministic processing, business rules, retrieval, and model-based inference in workflows.
• Build APIs and orchestration components for production AI workloads.
• Develop automated evaluation and regression testing for LLM/AI behavior.
• Instrument apps to trace inputs, results, model interactions, and latency.
• Investigate AI failure modes and improve prompts, retrieval, and workflow design.
• Evaluate models and approaches based on quality, performance, security, maintainability, and cost.
• Implement controls to validate and monitor model outputs in enterprise apps.
