Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to build, train, and deploy advanced language models with an emphasis on NLP and full-stack integration. The role spans the model development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on ML experience, familiarity with SageMaker and cloud tools, and a track record of delivering production ready AI systems in a security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with language models and NLP
• Proficiency in ML libraries and cloud tools
• Strong software engineering and full-stack development skills
• Security-clearance or experience in government/defense a plus
• Hands-on model training, evaluation, and deployment expertise
• Experience with AWS tools (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3) and containerization

Responsibilities

• Build, train, and fine-tune language models
• Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and engineers
• Deploy models on cloud platforms and integrate into production
• Develop and maintain full-stack AI model-based applications
• Perform rigorous model evaluation and benchmarking
