Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in statistics, computational biology, CS, or related quantitative field as required by duties.
• 3+ years of experience in statistics, computational biology, applied mathematics, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with advanced AI concepts: neural networks, deep learning, reinforcement learning.
• Experience with NLP, image processing or computer vision and pattern recognition.
• Experience with large language models for generative AI and transformer architectures.

Responsibilities

• Guide the architecture, roadmap, and evolution of the life sciences generative AI platform across runtime, memory, identity, observability, and evaluation capabilities.
• Design and implement shared platform services, reusable components, and solution patterns to generalize needs.
• Integrate agent frameworks and interoperability with enterprise data sources and scientific systems.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers across science and medical functions to translate workflows into scalable AI solutions.
• Define evaluation criteria to demonstrate quality, reliability, and business value.
