Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with 7 years’ experience, or Master's with 4 years, or PhD with 1 year related experience.
• Professional experience in AI/ML and agentic systems.
• Experience deploying AI-powered apps into production at scale.
• Coding in Python or Java with AI frameworks and LLM orchestration.
• Understanding of distributed systems, API design, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous AI-driven workflows within the Control Hub ecosystem.
• Implement scalable solutions using LLMs, vector databases, and agentic frameworks.
• Ensure AI features are production-ready with focus on latency, cost, security, and ethics.
• Establish model evaluation, prompt engineering, and agentic reliability standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with product management and data science to translate business needs into AI solutions.
