Job summary

Artifintech seeks a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead design and deployment of enterprise AI solutions. You will drive model development, optimize pipelines, and integrate Generative AI capabilities across production systems using Python and modern ML frameworks.

The role requires 7–10+ years in AI/ML or related software development, hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, NLP, and cloud ML platforms (SageMaker, Vertex AI).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related software development.
• Expert-level Python programming and ML expertise.
• Experience deploying production ML systems and NLP/Generative AI applications.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and embedding models.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable AI/ML solutions for complex enterprise needs.
• Lead development, training, evaluation, and deployment of models.
• Design advanced NLP, DL, and Generative AI applications.
• Build RAG pipelines and integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources.
• Establish model evaluation strategies to improve accuracy and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical direction.
