Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design and implementation of advanced AI/ML solutions for enterprise-scale applications. You will drive model development, optimize pipelines, and deploy production-ready systems, with focus on Generative AI and LLM-powered features.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or machine learning.
• Expert-level programming skills in Python and experience with SQL.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, neural networks, and statistics.
• Experience developing LLM applications and Generative AI solutions.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and embedding models.
• Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency in AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google Vertex AI.
• Strong understanding of MLOps, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Experience with model optimization, monitoring, and production deployment.
• Architect and develop scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise needs.
• Lead development, training, evaluation, and deployment of models.
• Design advanced NLP, DL, and Generative AI applications.
• Build RAG pipelines and integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources.
• Establish model evaluation strategies and improve accuracy and reliability.
• Develop automated ML pipelines and production deployment workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, data privacy, and governance.
