Raas Infotek LTD is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer with 13+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions. You will apply Python expertise, ML algorithms, deep learning, Generative AI, and cloud-based AI services to solve complex business problems.

You will lead end-to-end development, collaborate with data engineers and software teams, and ensure scalable, secure AI system delivery. Texas City, TX-based role with potential for hybrid arrangements.

Qualificações

• 13+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or related fields.
• Proficient Python programming.
• Hands-on with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Strong ML/DL understanding and statistical modeling.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Knowledge of NLP, neural networks, and data processing.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone/FAISS/Chroma).
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and MLOps tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for business applications.
• Build and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
• Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs.
• Work with NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases.
• Develop and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines and APIs.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business teams.
• Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve accuracy.
• Follow best practices for model evaluation, security, scalability, and responsible AI.
