Job summary

Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) is seeking a motivated SME level AI/ML Engineer to support the DIA EDMA effort.

You will architect enterprise‑ready AI/ML solutions and serve as the primary technical interface with government stakeholders, championing responsible‑AI and governance. The role requires deep proficiency in Python and ML frameworks, leadership of technical teams, and experience delivering secure, cloud/hybrid architectures compliant with DoD directives.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Minimum 14 years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or analytics.
• Experience architecting and deploying enterprise AI/ML systems.
• Deep proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
• Experience leading technical teams and guiding ML lifecycle development.
• Strong understanding of secure software engineering and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise‑ready AI/ML solutions including model training, inference services, and MLOps.
• Define technical roadmap and actionable implementation plans.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary engineering teams and guide data strategy and delivery cadence.
• Oversee sprint planning and ensure enterprise‑standard artifacts.
• Interface with government stakeholders, explaining architecture and model behavior.
• Enforce best practices across ML engineering and governance.
• Mentor engineers and evolve team capability; evaluate advanced ML tools.
