Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS, Robotics, or closely related field with 4 years in ML-related work.
• 4 years in C++ or Python for high-performance ML in production.
• 4 years with Git, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.
• 4 years using ML algorithms (regression, trees, Naive Bayes, KNN, Random Forest).
• 4 years in Machine Learning Ops: model/versioning, monitoring, deployment, scalability.
• 4 years building orchestration workflows with AirFlow for scalable ML pipelines.
• 3 years deep learning in NLP/Computer Vision for production models.
• 2 years using Scikit-learn, NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch for ML pipelines.
• 2 years robotics engineering and 2 years using ROS/OpenCV/Open3D for robotics deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design systems to explore ML solutions for real-world robotics problems.
• Train, deploy, and sustain ML models on cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
• Build and refine ML pipelines from training to deployment.
• Design robust model architectures with research/engineering teams.
• Improve code quality through peer reviews and best practices.
• Engage in research to stay at the forefront of ML architectures and tools.
