Plexus is partnering with a venture-backed start-up building next-generation AI infrastructure. They are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer for a fully remote role, within the crypto industry, to scale core inference infrastructure.

The team is small, highly technical, and distributed, focusing on performance and security. Requirements include 5+ years in AI engineering, expertise in model inference, deployment, and open-source LLMs, plus crypto-industry experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI engineering.
• Strong background in model inference, optimisation and deployment.
• Experience working with open-source LLMs and machine learning.
• Previously worked at a company based in the crypto industry.
• Equity and long-term incentives are offered.

Responsabilités

• Develop and optimise ML inference pipelines at scale.
• Contribute to systems ensuring the integrity and reliability of model outputs.
• Integrate open-source models into the platform's API layer.
• Improve performance and reliability of distributed GPU infrastructure.
