Job summary

C Mack Solutions LLC in the United States is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join our agile team. You will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-powered pilot projects and support government-facing systems on a mission-critical program. The role requires strong full-stack skills, experience with Python, Java, TypeScript, Angular, RESTful APIs, and databases.

U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain CBP Public Trust clearance are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and 7 years' experience in a related field.
• Ability to analyze technically complex problems and develop and implement new and innovative solutions in a fast-moving and fluid software prototyping development environment.
• Expertise in YAML, JSON, Python, Java, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Full Stack development experience including Angular frontend and backend development.
• Ability to work with Data Scientist teams to integrate AI/ML, Big Data, or BI solutions.
• Ability to work independently on a complex task with little direction.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom software solutions for AI/ML-related pilot projects and use cases including Google Gemini AI.
• Develop and work with APIs including RESTful services, authentication methods, data formats, and handling API errors.
• Use SQL and NoSQL databases and evaluate the appropriate database type based on application requirements.
• Integrate SQL and NoSQL databases within the same application and apply security best practices.
• Act as a member of prototyping teams delivering working software on short timelines.
• Analyze complex project-related problems and create innovative technology solutions.
• Actively participate in agile delivery phases and ceremonies including release and sprint planning, artifact creation, sprint testing, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
