C. Mack Solutions is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for pilot projects, including Google Gemini AI, within an agile team.

You will build and integrate RESTful APIs, manage SQL/NoSQL databases, and collaborate on prototyping to deliver working software on tight timelines. Qualifications

• BA/BS and 7 years’ experience in a related field
• Ability to analyze technically complex problems and develop and implement new and innovative solutions in a fast-moving and fluid software prototyping development environment.
• Expertise in multiple software developer languages including, but not limited to: YAML, JSON, Python, Java, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Full Stack development experience including proficiency in both front-end (Angular) and back-end development, ability to handle all aspects of a web application from designing the user interface to managing the server and database.
• Ability to work with Data Scientist teams to integrate applications with AI/ML, Big Data, or BI solutions.
• Ability to work independently on a complex task with little direction and management oversight.

C. Mack Solutions is looking for a AI/ML Engineer with agile methodology experience to join our team and support a complex program to provide Agile development and operations and maintenance for critical systems on a mission-critical program for the Federal Government business needs.

As an AI/ML Engineer, here's what you'll be doing:

• Design, develop, and implement custom software solutions for a variety of AI/ML-related pilot projects and use cases including Google Gemini AI.


• Develop and work with APIs including RESTful services, authentication methods, data formats, and handling API errors.

Requirements

You must live within the DC, MD, VA area.

U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidate must be able to obtain a CBP Public Trust clearance.

• BA/BS and 7 years’ experience in a related field


• Ability to analyze technically complex problems and develop and implement new and innovative solutions in a fast-moving and fluid software prototyping development environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience working with live data and video streams.


• Technical certifications such as AWS Certified Developer Associate.


• Experience with DevOps (CICD) solutions such as GitLab.


• Experience with AI/ML solutions or complex solutions for predictive analytics.


• Experience working in a geographically dispersed, remote team.


• Understanding of Data Science principles and best practices.

Work Location: This position is limited to candidates residing in U.S. states where the company is currently registered to employ team members.

Salary Range: $120,000 – $155,000 annually

This position may be filled at the Senior or SME level based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience. Final compensation will be determined based on level alignment, experience, education, and internal equity.
