Job summary

Optimum Communications Inc. is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to deploy end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions addressing business needs.

You will translate stakeholder requests into agentic AI designs, develop production pipelines, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, measurable outcomes. You will work with CES and Vertex AI toolsets on Google Cloud, architecting multi-agent workflows, integration pipelines, and guardrails while staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative discipline; advanced training is a plus.
• 3-5 years in classification, regression, clustering, NLP, experiments, optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Google's CES and Vertex AI tools for enterprise use cases.
• Proven production experience building agentic AI systems and multi-agent architectures.
• Knowledge of integrating REST/GraphQL APIs, databases, and vector stores.
• Strong background in Bayesian statistics, causal modeling, or ML techniques.
• Proficiency in R and Python for statistical and ML tasks; SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements and design AI/data solutions.
• Architect, build, and deploy agentic AI systems on Google Cloud platforms.
• Design and orchestrate tools, APIs, memory stores, and guardrails for production agents.
• Lead cross-functional projects from data collection to productionalization.
• Monitor trends in agentic AI, MLOps/AgentOps, and evaluate new techniques.
• Develop reusable end-to-end modeling and agent code for production.
• Profile customer segments and operationalize insights for marketing and retention.
