Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior AI/ML engineer to design, build, deploy, and maintain production-ready AI/ML solutions. You will operationalize models in production and apply retrieval-augmented generation techniques to support mission-focused outcomes in classified AWS environments.

You will translate complex findings for diverse audiences, provide architectural leadership, ensure security compliance, and contribute to data architecture and DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly Clearance
• Expert experience with at least two of: Generative AI/LLMs, NLP, RAG, and neural networks
• 6+ years with at least two of: Python, R, Anaconda, Numpy, TensorFlow, Keras, SciKit-Learn, Postgres
• 6+ years designing and maintaining data architecture for AI/ML
• Maintain AI/ML models via user stories and CI/CD pipelines
• Deploy AI/ML in classified AWS IL6+ environments
• Perform data analytics to assess performance and optimize
• Design/deploy containerized AI/ML solutions
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States

• 6 years experience with at least two of: Python, R, Anaconda, Numpy, TensorFlow, Keras, SciKit-Learn, and Postgres
• 6 years experience designing, implementing, and maintaining data architecture and services for AI/ML
• Ability to maintain AI/ML models through user stories and DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines, including optimization and evaluation of alternatives
• Expert experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions into classified AWS cloud environments at IL6+
• Ability to perform data analytics on program-related or system-related activities, including assessing performance and implementing methods/algorithms to automate and optimize
• Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying containerized AI/ML solutions
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire
