Job summary

SOSi is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to support our government customer in Chantilly, VA. This role requires 15+ years of relevant experience and deep expertise in neural networks, RL, model interpretability, and productionizing ML pipelines.

The candidate will define AI strategies and roadmaps, advancing TRL from research to operational deployment, and deploy enterprise-ready AI/ML solutions with GPU acceleration in secure environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML
• Expertise in neural networks and reinforcement learning
• Experience deploying enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key technical resource for advanced AI/ML architecture and responsible AI implementation.
• Define AI strategies and roadmaps supporting TRL progression to operational deployment.
• Work on enterprise-scale model deployment strategies and productionizing ML capabilities.
• Focus on transforming research into enterprise-ready AI/ML applications with GPU acceleration.
• Operate in a government/system context with secure environments.
