Job summary

SOSi is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to support our government customer in Chantilly, VA. This role requires 15+ years of relevant experience and deep expertise in neural networks, RL, model interpretability, and productionizing ML pipelines.

The candidate will define AI strategies and roadmaps, advancing TRL from research to operational deployment, and deploy enterprise-ready AI/ML solutions with GPU acceleration in secure environments.

SOSi is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to support our government customer in Chantilly, VA.

Essential Job Duties

• Serves as a key technical resource for advanced AI/ML architecture, responsible AI implementation, and enterprise-scale model deployment strategies.
• Define AI strategies and roadmaps supporting TRL progression from research to operational deployment.
• Active in scope TS/SCI w/ Poly.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep expertise in neural networks, reinforcement learning, model interpretability, and production of MLOps pipelines.
• Experience in productionizing data science research capabilities and analytics, with a focus on transforming these into enterprise-ready applications including AI/ML and deep learning models with GPU.
